Kyle was taken to the A&amp;E Department of Children\u2019s University Hospital, Temple Street, Dublin, where X-rays revealed a fracture.<\/p>\n<p>Judge Terence O\u2019Sullivan heard that Kyle had needed to wear a below-knee cast for four weeks and that the wounds have left a small scar on Kyle\u2019s foot.<\/p>\n<p>Through his mother Denise Kiernan, Kyle sued the Trustees and Board of Management of Trinity Comprehensive Secondary School, and the Trustees of Setanta GAA Club, both with an address at Ballymun Road, Dublin, for negligence.\u00a0 Kyle claimed the defendants failed to have proper regard for his safety.<\/p>\n<p>The case was settled for \u20ac15,000 which was approved by Judge Terence O\u2019 Sullivan.<\/p>\n<\/div><div class=\"fusion-clearfix\"><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>S\u0105d dowiedzia\u0142 si\u0119, \u017ce we wrze\u015bniu 2015 roku Kyle Kiernan gra\u0142 na terenie swojej szko\u0142y Trnity Comprehensive Secondary School, gdy jedna z wielu beczek z piwem, kt\u00f3re le\u017ca\u0142y w pobli\u017cu spad\u0142a i zrani\u0142a go w nog\u0119.
